I have recently returned to pilates after a 5 year break (pregnancy/c-section/Mum life). The equipment classes have been great. The small group sizes are perfect for a beginner like me. It’s also reassuring to feel my lower abs again … I didn’t think I’d ever feel them again. I have a few old injuries (including a dodgy SI joint) that I really notice when I’m not fit. These are getting better already and I can only do 1 class a week. I can’t recommend the equipment class enough. ❤️ 👏
