Pilates
Our Matwork class is the perfect way to build strength and flexibility. Using a variety of small equipment, it builds a strong foundation and teaches the basic principles of Pilates.
Pilates is for EveryBODY Matwork Pilates
This is a class suited for EVERYBODY, whether new to pilates or more advanced clients.
A sequence of exercises to strengthen and elongate every muscle. Modifications will be given to clients who are NEW to pilates, suffering from injury, returning after a long break or those who are looking for a more increased challenge with each exercise.
Our #coredefinedinstructors will provide variations for each exercise throughout the session to suit every individuals needs and levels of experience. Will include traditional and fundamental exercises and some more intense inspired sequences and challenging moves to tone, sculpt and lift every muscle in the body.
Props will be used to increase intensity in some sessions.
Take every session at your own pace. Do what you can and work within your individual limitations and experience.
Pilates Classes

Beginner Class
Beginner Level caters to the absolute Pilates Beginner. This level is idea for new Clients to build their knowledge of the Basic Principles of Pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to build up their coordination and strength.
*This level is appropriate for clients carrying injuries or pain, recovering from surgery, Pre + Post Natal for example.

02.
Intermediate Class
Intermediate Level Pilates is designed to further challenge the coordination and strength of clients through variations of the Pilates movements. This energetic, fast paced level can include some modifications for more Advanced exercises, but clients are encouraged to work up to this more challenging Level with consistent practice.

Advanced Class
Advanced Level Pilates are high intensity much more challenging exercises. This Level is considered for clients who have already been practicing Pilates consistently for some time and are quite established on the Intermediate Level exercises. Due to the intensity of the movements and quicker transitions between exercises a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each client to ensure safety.
